Synopsis
6pm for 2 course meal (menu to follow) 7.30pm film only
I SWEAR is a frank, funny and powerful drama inspired by the life and experiences of John Davidson MBE, charting his journey from misunderstood teenager in 1980’s Britain to present day advocate for the understanding and acceptance of Tourette's Syndrome.
Diagnosed aged 15, John’s tics, compulsions and random obscenities led to bullying and punishment at school; assault, hospitalisation and even arrest in adulthood.
Anchored by a remarkable central performance from Robert Aramayo, I SWEAR is too good to miss.
