Synopsis

Award nominated theatre company Strange Fascination returns this October with an updated version of their sold out production from 2025: ‘The War of the Worlds’.

Strange lights are seen moving towards Earth from the planet Mars and soon cylinders land on our planet.

Huge fighting machines, in the form of alien tripods, emerge and wreak havoc on humanity. But beyond the threat of annihilation by Martian aggressors is a human story; human frailty, courage, cowardice, love and hope.

Three actors tell the tale with ambitious puppetry, intriguing characters and dramatic storytelling.

Suitable for ages 12 upwards.
