Synopsis

The hugely popular folk-rock band ‘Shades of Simon’ returns to the Fisher theatre for the 3rd year running with their highly acclaimed theatre style show ‘the Paul Simon Story’.

The show is performed in tribute to Paul Simon as one of best songwriters of his generation and blends an engaging narration, exceptional musicianship from the 5-piece band, and the most authentic renditions of the best of his songs from his time in the duo Simon & Garfunkel in the 60’s (Homeward Bound, Sound of Silence, Mrs Robinson, Bridge over Troubled Water etc) through to his solo career and Graceland tour in the 1980’s (Still Crazy After All These Years, You Can Call Me Al).

Shades of Simon are hugely popular with their concerts being described by some as ‘better than Paul Simon himself’.
