Synopsis

Local seascape and landscape painter Jo Shepherd takes her inspiration from the vast Norfolk and Suffolk skies and coastlines.

Jo paints with oils and palette knife using the alla prima method of painting which encourages a spontaneous and expressive style.

Jo runs regular monthly land/sea/sky workshops from her studio and is providing a seascape workshop in the Gallery all materials provided.

There will be a demonstration followed by free flowing creativity with instruction by Jo.

You can expect to make 2-3 paintings on canvas paper. Bring a sealed A6 box or two to take them home.
