Synopsis

Beat the winter blues with this very British drama which beguiled audiences and critics alike last summer.

Take a trip to Wallis Island, with Herb McGwyer, formerly half of the hit folk duo McGwyer Mortimer. Herb can’t afford to refuse the substantial sum offered for just one show by eccentric superfan, Charles. Nor, it turns out, can Nell Mortimer.

This lovely melancholic comedy is both poignant and gloriously funny, with real chemistry (and some lovely harmonies) between Mulligan and Basden as the former lovers.
