Step into a day of inspiration, community, and wellbeing as the Waveney Wellbeing Festival opens its doors at the Fisher.

Discover a vibrant gathering of local wellbeing services, heritage groups, nature organisations, and arts providers, all coming together to showcase the incredible activities and support available in our community. Explore our lively exhibitor marketplace, meet friendly experts, and uncover new ways to boost your health and happiness.

Throughout the day you can enjoy:

• Wellbeing taster sessions including creative activities, film experiences, and “walking words for wellbeing”
• Immersive experiences designed to soothe, inspire, and uplift
• Personal stories from people whose lives have been enriched through heritage, arts, and nature-based social prescribing

Hosted by the Fisher Theatre, in partnership with the Restoration Trust, this festival is a celebration of everything that makes our community thrive — connection, creativity, and the natural world.
