Synopsis

Victoria Drew-Batty will be In Conversation with Ukrainian author, and former member of Ukraine's Volunteer Corps "Right Sector", Patrick Serhii Adamenko.  Patrick will talk about his own experience as a soldier, as well as reflecting on the first-hand accounts in his book 'The Heroes of Modernity'; and the inspiration for his three other published novels.  

Victoria and Patrick will be joined by Tetiana Chelovska; a Ukrainian singer/musician who now lives in Norfolk.  Tetiana came here with her family from Ukraine after the full-scale invasion in February 2022.  She will sing some of her favourite folk songs and patriotic tunes, informing us of Ukrainian culture and unique beauty of the country of which she and Patrick are so rightfully proud.
