Synopsis

A Series of six talks on the history of Gardens, presented by Roger Simpson looking at the cultural function of the Garden in world history, from foundation myths of the Garden of Eden to 20th century Art Nouveau and Surrealist gardens, and the constant concern for Meaning in the Garden.
