Synopsis

The Cobbler Bob String Band is delighted to return to Bungay with their dynamic take on Americana and Bluegrass.

The versatility and musicianship of these 5 native East Anglians (including The Shackleton Trio) allows them to master everything from the traditional material of the likes of Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs and Bob Dylan to their own versions of classic rock of Queen, Dire Straits and Led Zeppelin.

Fiddle, banjo, mandolin, guitar and double-bass combine with soaring harmonies in a contemporary, high-energy sound that doesn’t compromise on virtuosity, entertainment or simple warm-hearted fun!
