This Bodhran workshop will be aimed at beginners and intermediate players and will cover basic jigs, reels, syncopation and the drums position within the framework of the "session".

Mog is a professional bodhran player with a wealth of teaching experience having taught for over 30 years at festivals both home and abroad. His workshops are exhilarating and fun, with an inclusive teaching style. He has a knack for gently inspiring confidence in each person regardless of their level or ability at drumming. As a well-respected drum maker, he will also have drums for use during the workshops.
