Classic Brother’s Grimm fairytales entwine and collide as rampantly as the undergrowth in any healthy forest, seeming to arrive at their expected endings, but then there’s more! With lively humour and pathos we see the less idealistic and more likely outcomes of these stories unfold, the remaining characters having to work together to save their world.

From the separate self-fulfilling wishes of the opening number the only way forward is a collective one filled with compassion and understanding. ’Be careful what you wish for’ indeed. Suitable for the whole family.
